Speech Buddy Videos

I learned that by using one of the elements of arguments it is easier for the audience to see what you are trying to persuade them to do. I think that having a strong claim would really help a speech. I guess a claim can be considered as where you stand towards your topic. The types of appeals that are mentioned are logos, ethos, pathos and mythos. The speaker connects to the audience by trying to relate their topic to the audience’s lives since everyone in the audience had gone through school it seems pretty easy to relate her topic to them.
